Returns Policy
At Jewelry Zoo, we understand that buying over the internet isn't the same as personal shopping. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with detailed photos of our products taken at a variety of angles, it's only realistic to expect that at times, the product you buy isn't what you expect or is delivered damaged.
If this ever happens then all we ask is:
1) you contact us immediately to advise the situation
2) we will ask you to post the item back to us in the condition you received it (we will refund the cost of shipping only if you're returning a damaged item)
3) we will either replace the item or issue a refund (only if the item is damaged)
- note, as many of our items are handmade one-off pieces, we may have to replace the item with a similar piece.
We do limit refunds or returns to within 14 days of purchase so it is important you act quickly if there are any issues.
