Postage and Handling

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, delivering to all parts of Australia via normal postage or via Express Post. As a result, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage as a result of delivery, nor can we guarantee delivery dates or times. Having said that, our experience with Australia Post has been excellent.

All orders are gift wrapped and optional complimentary gift cards can be ordered if you are purchasing as a gift.

We are typically able to handle orders of items in single quantities for immediate despatch (we do stock multiples of certain items such as chains). If you are interested in placing an order of an item in greater than single quantities, please contact us to enquire about stock on hand. We are usually able to source more items but shipping times will be dependent upon our suppliers.

Whilst we will accept orders for delivery to non-Australian addresses, please note that for these deliveries, additional duty charges may apply for delivery to be completed.
